If you haven't had the pleasure of meeting him yet, let us introduce you to our Executive Chef and co-founder, Art Donskov. Art has brought his passion for fusion cooking to Bear, combining different cuisines and experimenting with food to create an exciting and innovative menu. With many years of experience as a Head Chef and Executive Chef in various restaurant establishments in his hometown of Kyiv, Ukraine, Art is a true master of his craft. He joined his family on Manitoulin Island not long ago and has been an integral part of our restaurant since its opening in December 2022.
